Tooth Coloured Restorations

Tooth Colour Restoration is a procedure in which a tooth-coloured resin material (a durable plastic material) is applied and hardened with a special light, which ultimately ‘bonds’ the material to the tooth to restore or improve person’s smile.

An added benefit of bonded restorations is that they hold teeth with minor cracks together.

For front teeth different blends of the composite replicate almost exactly the optical properties of natural enamel and dentine. If the correct shade is chosen, the result is often invisible.
